Finance Officer

We have an exciting opportunity to join our office team as the Finance Officer.

​

This position is part time for 15 hours per week, £14.45 per hour, Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 12:30pm.

​

The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Project Manager in the management of the organisations finances. More specifically to competently manage: Finance tasks such as processing payroll, day to day accounting (Xero), financial records, petty cash and invoicing.

​

The Finance Officer will also oversee business and insurance renewals and undertake such duties of an equivalent nature as may be determined by the SPM.

​

You will have gained previous experience in a finance role, ideally within the charitable or non-profit sector and be proficient in accounting software, payroll systems and have strong financial administration skills along with good communication skills.

​
